I'm having a mother of all headaches
I don't understand why can't they solve something so simple
And make it sound like the whole world is falling
And when I give them the solution they don't want to do it
Then they write to my boss asking for help.
Luckily they have proven their stupidity and incompetance enough
for my boss to not take them seriously so now he have to write to
them in a way that they will not feel offended.
